We are open from 09.30 to 19.30 with the last ticket entry at 18.00. The exhibition is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve we are open until 18.00, with last ticket entry at 16.30.
The cost of tickets depends on when you want to visit and the kind of ticket you choose. Standard adult tickets are £27.50 including booking fees. A family ticket is available. Entry for children under five and carers of disabled visitors is free of charge.
You can book tickets by visiting the main box office at The O2, by visiting www.axs.com/prince, or by phoning. You will also be able to order tickets from the Elvis Retail Shop on The Avenue once the exhibition is open.
It means that you will need to arrive at the exhibition entrance within the 15 minute period shown on your ticket. Timed entry doesn’t limit the length of time you can spend at the exhibition; you can spend as long as you wish, however we cannot guarantee entry if you miss your designated time-slot so please arrive in plenty of time.
Yes you are able to purchase tickets on the same day, however we highly recommend pre booking as we cannot guarantee we will have availability
We do not offer a return ticket for this exhibition.
At this time we do not offer a gift ticket.
Yes, we do have wheelchairs which can be allocated at the main entrance to the exhibition, to reserve a wheelchair please email the customer services email address to book, please note we cannot guarantee a wheelchair if these are already pre booked out, if you have your own wheelchair then please bring this with you, the exhibition is fully DDA compliant.
No, as the exhibition is not regarded as an event you can park your car and be charged by the hour, there is plenty of car parking available at The O2, we would advise parking in Car Park 1 as this has the most availability.
We would expect that most visitors will spend up to 90 minutes at the exhibition.
When visiting the exhibition photography or recording video is not permitted.
